We use the Cohort-Based Learning method, which is a learning approach where people gather in groups to go through an Educational Program together with a defined schedule. With some frequency this group also connects to a community of practice. The most effective professional training models currently use Cohort-Based Learning.
Classes of 30 to 40 members, connected to experienced instructors and mentors and a SRE/DevOps community of practice.

I had a career as an infrastructure specialist, but no cloud experience. Two years later, I was already technically leading a team responsible for one of the most accessed Digital Products in Brazil.
I already had training in technology, but no experience in the area. After 3 years, I was already a specialist in Cloud/DevOps teams of some of the greatest Brazilian companies.
At the beginning of 2017 I was a Junior Cloud Analyst. After 3 years I was already responsible for a team of more than 50 specialists and some of the most challenging Cloud projects in the country.
In 2016 I was an intern only with college knowledge. Today I am a partner at Datenworks, and responsible for several Cloud, DevOps and Data projects.
